Adnan has over 15 years of international experience in well known multinational firms with successfully leading all aspects of HR Management, starting from talent management, development and talent review board. Optimizing organization performance through enhancing the role of talents performance. Demonstrate ability to develop policies and procedures for all HR practices that support organization strategy. His current responsiblities include overseeing the talent management & Talent Review process and also develop & implement HR strategies, plans, and policies. He was involved with recruited & training of over 950 employees in different job levels and has implemented organization development programs and practices and also defined KPIs to assess their effectiveness. Prior to his current role, Adnan was the Group HR Head at Nuqul, Jordan. He was also the HR Manager at OSUL, USA and Operations Manager at SBARRO, USA. Adnan is a graduate from Oregon State University, USA and also holds a Professional Certificate in Advanced HR Management from London Business School.

Mr. Al Muhairy serves as Engineering and Services Manager for Emirates General Petroleum Corporation. He has been with the Corporation since joining it in 1991 as Instrument and Electrical Engineer. He has also filled the posts of Maintenance Superintendent and Manager before assuming his current role. Playing a key leadership role within the Corporation, he performs all duties as is necessary to ensure the continued soundness and stability of all day to day operations. Mr. Al Muhairy manages the corporation procurement of services and materials including design, engineering, tendering and supervision. . The department consists of four main sections namely; Retail Projects (Construction of Emarat Retail Outlets), Industrial Projects (Construction of commercial outlets and own use facilities), Maintenance (In-house and outsourced maintenance activities of all Emarat assets), and Purchasing & warehouses (Procurement and management of materials). Embracing the challenges his position brings, Mr. Al Muhairy attributes his success to determination, commitment and delivering on his promises. He plans to continue doing his part in taking the Corporation to the next level. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Al Muhairy is a Member of Mohamed Bin Rashid Leadership Programme in association with Duke Corporate Education & INSEAD Business School.

Colin is Chairman and founder of Achilles Group which employs over 800 people in 26 countries. Colin set up the company in the UK in 1993 and was responsible for the international growth into 26 countries. Achilles is headquartered in the UK. Colin led the sale of the business in 2008 to a Private Equity firm, HgCapital. Earlier this year he moved from being CEO to Chairman. Achilles web based supplier management services enable buyers to make better procurement decisions. Achilles collates, validates and updates information provided by suppliers on behalf of buyers. As a result, organisations across the world can manage their supply chains more effectively, reducing risk, and increasing data quality and consistency. Prior to joining Achilles, Colin specialized in procurement where he worked for a variety of organizations including HM Treasury and the CBI. In 2001 he was appointed by the UK Government as one of the two UK representatives on the European Commission's Advisory Committee for the Opening up of Public Procurement. He remains heavily involved in the development of procurement on which he has written a extensively. At present he is focused on the interface between professional procurement and the demands of Corporate Responsibility. Colin is actively involved in the Outward Bound Trust of which Achilles is a Patron Company Member. Colin was awarded the UK Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2009 for IT Services. Colin graduated from the London School of Economics (LSE).

David has an extensive career in projects and procurement within the construction industry. For over 40 years he has been associated with the development and implementation of major projects in many parts of the world, which has provided an insight into the many organisational and cultural challenges that projects can generate. Over the past decade he has been an active promoter of partnering concepts and the development of extended enterprises through the building of alliances. As a strategic thinker he has deployed these approaches to support manufacturing to outsourcing programmes, capitalising on the opportunities within project operations to exploit global sourcing. Building on these experiences he has helped a number of major organisations to implement change management programmes in different industrial arenas including chemical processing, oil and gas, power generation, and mining and minerals processing. He was the architect and author of the CRAFT collaborative methodology and technical author of the British standards Institution (BSI) PAS 11000 framework the world‟s first Collaborative business relationship standard. He was appointed chairman of the BSI committee to develop PAS 11000 to a full BS standard. In 2009 he was acknowledged as one of the world‟s top 100 thought leaders on CSR. He has been a regular contributor to professional magazines.

Gary has over 30 years experience in project development in Banking, Manufacturing, Business Consultancy and Oil & Gas in both Europe and Middle East, and worked for two years as a University lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University UK. He is Project Manager of the BAPCO eProcurement project, currently leading an initiative which includes Government agencies and nine of the largest companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain, to implement sustainable procurement solutions and provide opportunities for local SMEs, in support of Bahrain Vision 2030. He is a regular speaker in UK and the Gulf on eProcurement and Project Management, is a PMP Professional, Prince2 Practitioner and was recently awarded an MSc Project Management with Distinction from Aberdeen University, UK, with a focus on cultural diversity.

Commercially and legally qualified, Paul has nearly 20 years of commercial experience in the public and private sectors across several markets. Paul is very experienced in managing commercial relationships including multi-vendor contracting models, partnerships, teaming arrangements and JVs. Skilled in managing long-term performance contracts post-award in business as usual and in transition and transformation scenarios. Starting his career in the construction industry he has been a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators for 12 years. Tim Cummins

Tim Cummins started his career in Corporate Finance in the banking and automotive industries, before moving to a series of senior roles in Commercial Management. He led negotiation teams for sales up to $1.5bn in the aerospace and then technology sectors. For 12 years, he worked at the IBM Corporation, overseeing projects on business terms improvement and then joining the Chairman’s staff in New York, on a small team exploring the impacts of globalization on corporate structure and organization. He led reengineering of the worldwide contracts and pricing process, before leaving IBM to become co-founder and CFO of a successful venture funded software company. Tim then moved on to found the non-profit International Association for Contract & Commercial Management, which has grown to more than 22,000 members and is devoted to assisting organizations achieve improved results from their trading relationships. In his role as CEO, Tim acts in an advisory capacity to many major international corporations and government agencies. He has lived and worked outside the UK for 20 years and his work involves him on a daily basis with both established and emerging markets.
