Bill is Executive Director for EquaTerra in Europe and Asia and leads the F&A, Procurement, HRO and Global Sourcing practices.
Bill has worked in the HR outsourcing industry for 17 years, principally with service providers, and with international remits. Prior to joining EquaTerra, Bill was Head of Global Outsourcing for HR Access, (Fidelity’s international HR vehicle in Europe) and prior to that was President of Ceridian Multinational HR Services. He has worked extensively with Multinational corporations throughout the world, and across many industry sectors including Finance, Retail, Automotive, Pharma and Leisure. He has extensive shared service centre and offshore delivery experience, including building significant multilingual, multi client service centres in North America, Europe, North Africa and India. Bill is a leading subject matter expert in payroll outsourcing including the provision of payroll service delivery in 40 countries. Bill sits on the Board of the HR Outsourcing Association in Europe and has a 1st Class Honours degree and is based in the UK.
