Arab Outsourcing Conference 2009 - A Successful Beginning

Over 125 delegates from a wide range of industries attended the first edition of the Arab Outsourcing Conference held from April 26-29, 2009 at the Moevenpick Hotel, Dubai.

As a first edition of the event which happened to be at a time when organizations across all industries were severely hit by the impact of the global financial crisis, this excellent turnout shows the level of interest for adopting Outsourcing among Middle East organizations.

Majority of the delegates were at senior management levels representing the leading organizations within Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Government, Telecom, Aviation, Logistics, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing and IT sectors.

Throughout the entire event, a high level of enthusiasm was shown by all delegates and the questions raised were extremely genuine and thought provoking. Keynote presentations and panel discussions were well rated and a heavy dosage of content was delivered over the 4 days, which was a real eye opener for many delegates who had a different view on Outsourcing prior to the event.

The event also witnessed strong participation at the Pre and Post Conference Master Classes held on 25th and 28th April 2009.

The sponsors of Arab Outsourcing Conference included Injazat Data Systems and IBM.
